APPLICATION OVERVIEW
The application requires:
  • The digital application linked below once the application is live.
  • ​School transcript 
  • 1 reference letter from a science teacher detailing your interest in science with particular attention to any lab work you may have completed.  
  • You (and a parent) must also read and sign the second page of the TUBERS Waiver/ Commitment Pledge document below and send it in.

​These last 3 additional application materials can be scanned (or photographed) and submitted via email to the program at [email protected] (preferred). The reference letter writer can also send the letter directly to this address - please have them include yor name and TUBERS in the subject line of the email. They can also be mailed to the following address:

The 2025 Application is due by 3/31/25. Decisions will be released by 5/2/25 at the latest. The application can be found here: https://forms.gle/FjhLPsSdZo7A5ERp6.
